When you have completed this form and sent it to us, we will contact you regarding your reservation and arrange payment of your deposit. We will confirm the booking on receipt of your deposit payment.

Please note:

• The earliest arrival time is 4p.m. and the latest departure time is 10 a.m. This is to allow for cleaning of the property between lets.
• A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the 75% balance is payable 10 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable keys/damage deposit of £200 (separate cheque) is also payable. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your holiday, subject to safe return of keys and no damage.
